All apps and settings will be deleted when Windows 10 is reset, but all of your files will be kept.
You will now be shown two options: “ Keep my files” or “Delete everything”. Under “ Reset your PC”, click on the button “ Get started”. 
Click it and an options menu will appear on the right-hand side.
In the menu list on the left-hand side, you will find the button “ Recovery”. Now, select the option “ Update & Security”.
